All Engravector products are delivered instantly through Google Drive after checkout.
No physical shipping is involved.
Download Access:
Due to the size of the collection (over 300GB), we recommend partial downloads
(by niche or folder) instead of full downloads at once. Google Drive may show
errors if a user tries to compress all files simultaneously.
Lifetime Access:
Your link never expires — you can come back anytime to download new designs
or reaccess old ones.
Returns & Refunds:
All purchases are delivered digitally via Google Drive. As files are instantly
accessible upon checkout, traditional returns are not possible. However, we
stand behind every product with the following:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you encounter issues within 30 days of purchase — missing files, corrupted
downloads, broken links, or files that don't match the preview — contact
support@engravector.com and we'll resolve it at no charge. Resolutions include:
file replacement, access recovery, or store credit toward another bundle.
Exchanges:
Within 30 days, you may exchange your purchase for another bundle of equal
value. Contact support@engravector.com with your order number and the desired
replacement.
Cash Refunds:
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital files, cash refunds are generally
not issued. In rare cases where our support team cannot resolve an issue
through replacement or exchange, a refund may be considered at our sole
discretion.
